Facilities Coordinator

Facilities Coordinator-Required in Stone ST15

The role will involve;

To provide administrative and coordinate support to the Facilities Manager in accordance with the local procedures and instructions
Maintain a safe and tidy working area and office
To ensure all records are accurately maintained according to procedure and in a timely manner
Monitor and manage multiple mailboxes
Issuing and circulating documentation via email or hand-outs/posters
Assisting with booking of contractors and work order trail from start to finish
Candidates must;

Experience gained in a commercial FM environment
Experience in using CAFM (desirable
Be Proficient in office IT Systems
Have experience within a similar role
Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle as post holder will be required to travel to different client locations, as required by the business.
Be reliable and flexible; able to consider extra hours if needed
Job Specifics

Monday - Friday 08:00am and 17:00pm
£14.22 Per Hour- PAYE Paid Weekly + Holiday Pay
