An exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller Consultant to help the CFO of a group of companies to create a new financial operating model.
The role is based in Trinidad for 3 months. (All expenses will be covered, including flights as often as required)
You will need to be an experienced financial controller, qualified accountant and a person who enjoys getting into the ‘details’. You will also need to have exceptional inter-personal skills and the ability to engage with all levels of stakeholder.
There are three main parts to the role
* Be the delegate for the CFO in the design of the operating model for a new, regional shared service function.
* Bring expert knowledge of finance best practice processes, in detail. Ideally the person would be a qualified accountant, as well as a consultant.
* Co-design and run the workshops to design new processes, alongside another Oaklin consultant who is leading the overall Operating Model Design
There are currently 6 business units to be merged, although only a total of 150 FTE (across all functions)
