Performance and Contracts Manager

Performance and Contracts Manager –Based in Kingston upon Thames, £35, 000 - £40, 000 per annum pro rataWe are currently recruiting for a fantastic not for profit organisation based in the Kingston upon Thames area.Person Specification: -Recent and proven work track record within a performance, insight or service improvement role using Salesforce programmesMust have recent exposure managing, leading and developing a teams and services by using performance management processesExpert knowledge of building a robust, effective performance and reporting frameworkMust have worked in the supported housing sector or similar sector Ability to process and analyse complex data (an understanding of how various forms of raw data can be used to inform service improvement). Good research skills to keep up-to-date with sector wide changes       Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a range of audiencesExcellent report writing and presentation skillsStrong track record of delivering service improvement activity with clear outcomesKey Responsibilities: -  To create, develop and implement a robust and effective performance management framework for the organisation.Report contract and housing management performance to the organisation’s management groups and board of trustees.To ensure highly effective performance and contract management is in place in relation to business performance that also recognises the importance of the customer voice and experience.Design, oversee and evolve a clear performance and customer experience framework that Identify key improvement activity to design and deliver solutions to improve services and to manage contracts with service leads and directors and to manage contracts with service lee ads and directorsTo create and manage the development of effective professional relationships, with external partners – such as commissioners and fundersLead on the development and delivery of the organisation’s quality assurance frameworkTo utilise the database fully as both an outcome measurement tool and case management system and to performance manage all servicesAdhere to the organisation policies and procedures at all times
