Culture Service Development Officer
£14.69 per hourOur client is looking for an experienced Culture Service Development Officer.An experienced Arts Development Officer as part of the Culture Service team. The person we are looking for will have practical experience in this field, including event management, co-ordination of funding programmes, project delivery, marketing and communications, and development of new initiatives.

To undertake a project planning and advisory role within the Culture Service, and promote the aims and objectives of the Council.3. To support the development of the arts sector within the Royal Borough by maintaining communication networks and information exchange.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To contribute to the development, delivery and review of the Council's Arts and Culture Policy.
2. To work across all art forms with a particular emphasis on arts and health, arts in the public realm and arts education matters in the Royal Borough.
4. To be responsible for the Arts Grants scheme, including preparing assessments, funding agreements, monitoring and promotion.5. To be responsible for the Council’s Arts and Health initiative, Sing to Live, Live to Sing, including monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder relationship management, fundraising.4. To contribute to sub-regional or pan-London projects as appropriate.
5. To advise and support arts organisations, individual artists and community groups with arts projects through sharing information about professional development and funding opportunities, arts networks and brokering new partnerships.
6. To maximize external and private funding support for the development of the arts in the area and prepare applications for submission.
