Contact Support Officer

Adecco Aviation are very pleased to be supporting our client on this ongoing project based near Gatwick Airport.We are looking for people that enjoy speaking to customers over the phone, whilst obtaining client information, explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information. The volume of calls is high.The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong telephone skills, be a great team-player but capable of working on their own initiative to achieve results against deadlines and under pressure. The role is initially on a 12-week temporary basis that could be extended.You will need to possess the following skills to excel in this role:• Strong PC skills;• The ability to follow a process;• Organised;• Work to deadlines;• Self-starter;• Excellent communication skills;• Good eye for detailThis is a temporary role in a friendly and great working environment offering free parking/shuttle service from the station, subsidised restaurant and weekly dress down Friday.Interviews will take place at Gatwick airport over the next two weeks (w/c 18th Feb) with a start date as soon after as possible.
