Customer Support Advisor (12 month maternity contract)

Our client with their UK Headquarters based in Rugby are seeking a customer orientated person, with a keen eye for detail and excellent relationship building skills? Do you have experience in either Customer Service or an Internal Sales role and are looking to develop you career? Or are you looking to build a career in this discipline?If so, this could be a perfect opportunity for you! Currently they have opportunities for the right individual to join their successful Internal Sales Team in Rugby as a Customer Support Advisor on a 12 month contract.It is customer focus that drives their success and therefore the role of the Customer Support Advisor empowers the company brand. They are looking for a confident, effective communicator that are able to offer their customers a comprehensive solution for all their needs. Excellence with regards to data entry will also be required to ensure a seamless customer journey, thus reducing complaints and returns.Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09.15 - to 18.00
