Loan Tool Store Manager - BAE066266

Your main responsibilities as a Loan Tools Store Manager will include but not be limited to :* To manage and lead a multi-trade team in order to provide an effective loan tool maintenance service, a fixed location counter service and a ‘point of use’ delivery service as well as taking the lead in procuring new tooling in conjunction with Production Engineering and projects.* Ensure the implementation and maintenance of robust management processes and procedures covering the ongoing management of tool calibration.* Develop and implement medium and long term improvement strategies that significantly improve levels of service provision and value for money.* Daily booking checks and validation to ensure teams attendance is correctly captured so operatives get paid correctly and the company invoices hours for payment.* Day to day responsibility team’s performance management and development to include attendance, sickness, overtime approvals and PDP’s (Personal Development Plans).* Demonstrate excellent collaboration with various internal and external customers which will be critical for creating a team delivery ethos and ethic.* Responsible for resource allocation ensuring employees are SQEP to conduct tasks.* Develop and manage the loan tool budget, KPI’s, Service level agreement.* Investigate and identify new tooling aimed at improve and efficiency for evaluation by Production Engineering* Demonstrate high levels of SHE behaviours to teams through positive promotion of safety awareness, risk management and compliance.* Be a positive role model and demonstrate responsible behaviors that align to the company’s policies and processes ensuring the clients expectations are met.* Use technical and business expertise to ensure the loan tools has adequate calibratedQualifications and Skills:* Experience of working within a service provider role* Ability to demonstrate numerical, analytical and time management skills.* Ideally DNC/HNC level education with industrial background.* Proven ability to manage complex situations whilst demonstrating sound decision making based on facts* Strong tenhnical ability with proven track record in problem solving, planning and change* High levels of SHE knowledge with ability to develop Risk Assessment and Method Statements* Ideally either IOSH or NEBOSH trained.* Experienced in implementing management skills, demonstrating communication, budgeting, forecasting and presentation, both oral and written.AAP3 is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
