Sales Support Administrator

JT Recruit are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator on behalf of one of our clients in Alfreton. Due to the successful growth of this company they are now recruiting in the Alfreton area.The position is fixed-term contract, 37.5 hours per week. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30am-17:00pm with a competitive salary. The successful candidate will provide support to the companies sales team.
Duties include:
•The internal processing of orders
•Regular customer updates
•Progress chasing
•Deal management
•Supporting Sales Logistics and Sales AdminPerson Specification
•Computer literate in word, excel and outlook
•Enthusiastic and approachable
•Excellent administrative skills
•Good clear telephone manner and customer service driven
•Excellent organisational skills
•Strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all time
