For this post you should be a personable graduate who has achieved well in your degree, having earned at least a second class degree and school-based experience from a previous role. You will be a graduate who can be professional and well-mannered in all difficult situations throughout the school year. You will have a pledge to the progression of pupils with SEN and flexible communication skills. About the Role for KS2 Learning Support Assistant
At this positive school, as a KS2 Learning Support Assistant you will be working on a 1:1 basis with a Year 5 boy who has Autism Spectrum Disorder.
