*** Learning Support Assistant - Earn from £60 per dayMy client Primary School is looking to recruit an aspiring Psychology professional to work as a Learning Support Assistant to support and assist a Year 2 child who is quite high up on the autistic spectrum.The Class Teacher has the support of an existing TA in class and you will help the child on a one-to-one basis to reinforce the learning and keep the child on track with each exercise. The child has a strict routine which he likes to follow but in class and he can be distracted quite easily. The new Learning Support Assistant will work in the classroom most of the time but there will be occasions when you will work in groups outside of the classroom and work with the SENCO, other Learning Support Assistants and SEN children with different needs.The Primary School is an inclusive 3 form intake Primary School with an excellent reputation for raising numeracy and literacy levels for every pupil to an excellent standard ahead of their Secondary School education.You must be able to commit for at least the remainder of the academic year as the child needs stability and we are setting up trial days to ensure there is a real synergy between yourself and the child.So, if you can work as an effective Learning Support Assistant to care for a child with Autism from September then please send your CV to John at EduStaff today to be considered
