*** Up to £65 per dayThe successful applicant must be a friendly and confident Psychology graduate with an impressive academic record and a 2:1 or above in their degree. The school needs a graduate who has an infectious love for learning and coherent verbal and written communication skills, someone who is able to consistently enthuse those around them and show the passion and motivation in the classroom.In this exciting Teaching Assistant position you will be working within the SEN department to support teaching and learning. You will be taking intervention sessions with your pupils in small groups combined with 1:1 support for some individuals. The school has identified particular pupils that may need extra motivation and you will be taking responsibility for these children. You will be learning how to develop and design lesson plans that allow for dynamic class discussion whilst remaining on curriculum.
