To meet the qualifying criteria, you must first be a talented, personable Graduate with at least a 2:1 degree and ideally at least 3 months of Primary school experience already! This Teaching Assistant role will see you working across Key Stage 1 predominantly, meeting the individual requirements of specific pupils but also acting as a general Teaching Assistant for large portions of the week. Day to day, liaise closely with pupils, ensuring that they have all the support and guidance they need as they move through the academic year. Having exceptional communication skills will be key to this role, and the school will be looking for you to be the first point of contact for students in class, and will expect any classroom disruption to be minimized by your presence.
