Year 3 TA

About the Role
This outstanding school are recruiting for an experienced and confident Teaching Assistant that is able to work across any year group and either 1:1 with a child, group of children or as a class TA.
Your focus will be to ensure they are meeting all the learning objectives in literacy and especially maths. There is a large percentage of children who have English as their second language, so you will be required to work with small groups throughout the course of the day to help them attain and meet all objectives set.About the school:

At least one years' experience working in a mainstream school
Educated to degree level or a Teaching Certificate qualification
The school requires someone that can drive up the standards raising the aspiration for the childrenRate of Pay and Working hours £80 per day depending on experience, working hours of 08.30am - 4.00pm, with 45 minutes for lunch.You must have recent and a minimum of two years' experience working in primary schools. This experience must be relative to this role.
