Special Projects M&E Project Manager

Full-time (37 hours per week) Special Projects M&E Project Manager contract to start ASAP until 30-06-19.
• Leading on the delivery of M&E projects and programmes such as lift replacements and communal boiler renewals
• Contract negotiations, management of suppliers & consultants
• Act as client from design through to end of defects and handover to the BAU team
• Management and project reporting of all contractual and commercial aspects
• Project planning
• Active resident engagement throughout the project lifecycle and management of S20
• Formulating detailed building services replacement programmes
• Attending / chair site meetings
• Planning, programming, organising and monitoring of contract progress
• Management and implementation of health, safety, CDM and risk assessments
• Maintaining customer & resident focus
• Managing variation costing and project controls
• Active liaison with procurement and housing teams
