Part-Time Customer Service Operative

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant.If you have great Inter-Personal Skills and can give excellent Customer Service fact-to-face, on the telephone, via letter and email then you may be the person we are looking for.If you can manage your priorities well, make informed decisions and always put the customer first this may be the position for you.Experience in a Local Authority, Housing related or Housing Association setting would be a huge advantage.If you can resolve customer complaints at first point of contact and prevent escalations from happening then please apply now.We are offering competitive rates of pay, 25 hours per week in a lively environment with variety in your work and some autonomy of tasks, a 4 month contract and the possibility of extension and career progression for the successful applicant.If you are ready for a change and want to get yourself a new position for the Christmas period........
