Experienced Administrator (Safeguarding Children Board)

Akton Recruitment are currently hiring for an experienced administrator in the Greenwich area.Within this role you will be working with the Children’s Safeguarding Children’s Board. You will be helping to co-ordinate a multi-agency safeguarding training programme. You will be managing a busy training schedule, preparing materials and equipment needed for training sessions, Co-ordinate diaries and room booking, provide a high quality customer service, deal with telephone and email enquiries and ensure that trainees are registered and that any special learning or access needs are highlighted and responded to. You will record and monitor any expenditure under the training budget and provide regular statements of commitments and expenditure to training and management staff. You will also have to liaise with the online training management provider in order to resolve any issues arising and to establish the online evaluations system.Previous experience within public sector is beneficial but not essential.Experience* IT skills i.e. MS Office, Outlook
