Hours: 37.5 per weekThe ACC Liverpool Group, home to BT Convention Centre, Echo Arena, Exhibition Centre Liverpool and ticketing agency TicketQuarter has established itself as a leading centre for conferences, entertainment, sport and exhibitions.We are looking to recruit a Guest Relations and Hospitality Manager to join our Event Support team on an interim basis providing maternity cover.In this exciting role you would be responsible for leading and motivating the Guest Relations and Hospitality team to ensure that 5 star customer service is being provided at every customer touch point.You would be directly responsible for the running of the multiple Business Centres and Guest Relations desks and for the operational delivery of event Hospitality throughout ACC Liverpool, ensuring that continuous improvement across these areas are at the forefront of your objectives. Hospitality facilities now include the recently opened Liverpool Collection Lounge. This is a period of growth and innovation and we are looking for a candidate that can drive this team forward.The ideal candidate will have proven management experience in a front of house role in a 4 or 5 star environment or a conference venue. The ability to manage a team, meet demanding targets and continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.In addition to the above, the candidate will need to be enthusiastic and complement our experienced and talented team.
