Customer Service Advisor

Job Mission for this Customer Service Advisor :Global travel brand is looking for a Customer Service Advisor. To work as a Customer Service Advisor you will answer requests made by phone or e-mail accurately and efficiently. The Customer Service Advisor will liaise directly with hoteliers when necessary to solve issues, and perform Quality Control on bookings.Key Areas of Responsibility for Customer Service Advisor role :• Provide support via both phone and e-mail.
• Deal with hotels service issues (for example overbooking) or special service requests
• Handle post-trip complaintsSuccess Criteria and skills for Customer Service Advisor role :• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English and French
• Knowledge of the travel industry (hotel industry preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills when dealing with internal or external customers
