Our Apprenticeship programme will run for 24 months on a full-time basis (37 hours per week) which will be a mixture of work, online and day release learning. Once you’ve completed your Apprenticeship, you’ll achieve the UCEM Level 3 Surveying Technician Diploma and will be a skilled, reliable and valued employee which will be highly advantageous for the potential to offer you permanent employment. Whilst this isn’t guaranteed, we’ll strive to find a suitable opportunity to enable you to continue growing and progressing in your chosen career path!

As a Building Surveying Technician Apprentice, you’ll help deliver our Asset Management services to our customers inside the company and outside. You’ll assist in providing building surveys and common defect investigations, alongside helping with the contract administration and project management of minor works contracts. No previous experience is required – all we ask is that you’re keen, enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven to learn and succeed! If you’re successfully shortlisted, you’ll attend our fun and interactive assessment day which will be held mid-July 2018. If you’re selected as the best person for the role then we’ll need you to be ready to start your employment in September 2018.
