Freelance Quantity Surveyor
PSR Solutions are recruiting a Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a leisure project near Basingstoke.The Candidate
The Freelance QS will have New Build experience, ideally in the hotel/leisure sector. Additionally they must have:
A degree in Quantity Surveying.
Experience of building construction in a quantity surveying or project managing role.
Good negotiating skills with excellent time management skills.
Computer literate.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Duties
Typically, the duties for this position would include:
Site based, reporting into the Commercial Manager
Working closely with the operational team ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with the contract
Preparing and reporting on variations
