SAP Sales Order Administrator - maternity cover

Key Recruitment are working with an organisation based in Cosham who are seeking a SAP Sales Order Administrator to cover a 12 month maternity contract to start mid July.The objective of the role is to process and manage sales orders and amendments for Northern Europe and provide a friendly and responsive service to customers placing orders and making enquiries.Responsibilities:1. Enter, monitor and amend, where required, current sales orders and projects for Northern Europe to ensure Customer requirements are met2. Maintain copies of all sales orders processed using the storage media provided3. Raise Credit/Debit notes and Product Returns as agreed by the Customer Service Supervisor/Manager4. Manage price lists, contracts and support price increases as per requirements.5. Monitor and meet the requirements of current Contracts and Agreements to include providing a timely alert to all concerned regarding expiry date, price reviews and product usage figures6. Participate in training Courses as directed by the Customer Service Supervisor/Manager7. Respond to routine and technical communications/enquiries from Customers and the Sales Force8. Ensure Sales Office procedures are operated in accordance with those detailed in the Quality Manual9. Meet the departmental KPIs and objectives10. Oversee order management11. To attend staff meetings as directed by the Customer Service Supervisor/Manager12.
