HR Administrator

HR AdministratorRandstad Engineering are on the look out for a contract Recruitment Administrator to be based on site in one of our clients recruitment teams.The HR Service Centres provide a wide range of HR, learning & development, resourcing and payroll administration duties. The service centre is driven by the need to provide cost effective and timely support as measured by performance metrics, responding to daily, weekly and annual changes in demand as well as specific project requirements.An opportunity has become available within the department for a temporary contract Service Assistant to work within the service centre. Our Service Assistants work is evenly distributed via our EIC workflow according to their complexity and the assistant's skills and knowledge. You will be expected to provide a high quality customer service, accurate administration and information as part of a team delivering, cost efficient transactional HR services. As part of the role, you will provide a standardised service, advice and information via the telephone and/or e-mail.It is essential that the successful candidate will have high-level customer service skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines. In order to fulfil the requirements of the role, you will need to be fully IT literate with the ability to learn new systems.Experience of working within a Call Centre/HR environment would be desirable but not essential and experience in the following would be an advantage:* EIC (Employee Interaction Centre)
* Microsoft Tools including Excel and Outlook
* HiPath/Openscape telephony
