Recruitment & HR Administrator

Our client specializes in Learning disability and Autism Residential Nursing and Education. Offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere with full specialist training and excellent working hours.This role is to support the HR Manager and will consist of various coordination and administration duties.* Advertising roles
* Sorting through CV’s for management
* Arranging interviews
* Preparing new starter/leaver packs
* Supporting with marketing jobs within the company
* Inputting working hours of candidates
* Providing feedback following interviews
* Providing administration support for the HR & Recruitment ManagerCandidate Requirements:* Advantageous if previous recruitment experience within a HR function
* HR admin experience
* Previous experience within a confidential working environment
* Appreciation for the Data Protection Act
* Sound computer skills
* Attention to detail
* Organised and competent in a fast-moving working environment
