SkiptonBuilding Society has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Lead to join itsData & Analytics team in Skipton. This role is temporarily remote, with a12-month, full-time contract and a salary of up to £70,000.
What You'll Be Doing
Asour Technical Lead, you’ll be a driving force for innovation within ourbusiness. You’ll lead the team in implementing new Microsoft Azuretechnologies, and you’ll work with our Product Owners to understand how the newplatform can transform and embed a data-driven culture.
You’llact as a role model, embedding agile ways of working, and you’ll oversee theactivity and outcomes of the Data Engineering and Architect teams, ensuringthey are aligned to the overall objectives of the department.

Yourskills: - Expertise in cloud technologies (preferably Azure) - Experience in modern data engineering practices - Understanding of analytical tooling (Python, R, Databricks) Experience in modern data architecture design
