IT Service Desk Manager (Contract) - Fareham / Southampton

Service Desk Manager required on an interim / contract basis for an initial 3 month contract - likely to be extended. To be suitable you will need prior Service Desk Management experience ideally managing 1st Line / Tier 1 Analysts with a team size of c10 in a managed services environment. If you do not have Managed Services exposure, which is not essential, you will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a busy fast paced environment supporting external clients.Any experience of service transistion and migrating survive desks is highly desirable. Knowledge of ITIL processes is important.The role is based in between Fareham and Southampton (Whiteley area)The opportunity has the potential to develop into a Service Delivery Management role so if you have any experience of Service Delivery e.g. reporting on and implementing service management KPIs then that would be a bonus. The client is a technology company based in the Fareham / Southampton area. Rate £275 to £340 per day.Service Desk Manager - Contract
