We are in the midst of fast paced, transformational change that allows us to save more lives in new and creative ways.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Process and System Lead to join our Business Services and Support team, focusing on our Retail processes and systems. This key role will drive efficiency and compliance improvements through income generating activities and systems across the RNLI, specifically in retail operations, ensuring they are appropriately enabled to be effective, efficient, and compliant in order to meet the RNLI’s lifesaving goals.The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise and act as an interface between the business led income generating processes and the system application teams, with particular focus on retail operations. You’ll identify and improve these processes by leading the development, enhancement, implementation and sustainment of the relevant technology and system applications in-line with industry best practice, ensuring that the RNLI systems reflect and support the income generating functions and processes.To be considered, you’ll need:  - Proven experience of operating as part of a support stream, with good knowledge of change and systems change management  
- Experience of delivering improvements through ERP systems and retail systems  
- Experience as a business or retail systems analyst or a relevant qualification  
- Knowledge of a large organisation with high volume, high complexity processes in a retail systems environment With a proven mix of process, change management and people skills, you will be someone who leads with integrity and consideration, but is willing to accept challenge when required. Experience of retail business processes and retail systems would be beneficial, as would a recognised project management, change management Lean or Six Sigma qualification. If you have the necessary qualities, skills and experience, and want to be part of an organisation where your efforts will help save even more lives, then we would love to hear from you. The closing date for applications is the 3rd June 2018. Our staff and volunteers have been saving lives at sea without prejudice for nearly 200 years.
