Small Projects Coordinator (IMAC)
JOB TITLE: Change CoordinatorACCOUNTABLE TO: Senior Service Delivery ManagerJob PurposeThe Change Coordinator is responsible for a number of key functions within Capita’s IT Services department. These include the delivery of a high quality services to key stakeholders within the NHS-BSA and their end users. Ensuring Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. This position is a stakeholder facing role, and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and achieve these expectations to a high standard.The post holder will support the Service Delivery team and is responsible for key areas of Service Delivery:Key ResponsibilitiesAs a minimum you may be called upon to undertake all or some of these activities as requiredThe post holder will support the Service Delivery team and is responsible for key areas of Service Delivery:Service OperationsResponsible for the management of the ITIL Service Operations processes relevant to the BSA account.• Access Management• Oversee the Request Fulfilment processo Oversee the IMAC processo Ensure the IMAC procedures are appropriate and followed ensure records such as the CMDB is up to dateo Oversee the Small Projects process• Promote good communications with Customer• Liaise with the Service Desk to ensure quality service delivery of changesBackground / QualificationsThe post holder must have specialist knowledge across a range of IT disciplines. Experienced in delivery of small projects and IMAC’s for large customers.Knowledge/SkillsKnowledgeDepthDescriptionHealth and SafetyFamiliar withStatutory health and safety requirements relating to working environment.
Examples: building services, standby power systems, communications towers/masts, antenna erection.Project ManagementFamiliar withPrinciples, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation.
