Technical Support Engineer (Contract)

A UK leading manufacturing business who provide several products to some of the biggest retailers in the UK are seeking a Contract Technical Support Engineer to join their IT team in Evesham, Worcestershire for initially 3 months. With an annual turnover of over £100 million they are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support to the business covering all IT systems, services and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:* Support of the MS Exchange 2010 on premise email system and email related services
* Responsibility for the VMWare vsphere 6.5 virtual server estate maintenance and upkeep
* Support of the network infrastructure including wireless LAN and ISE
* Support the MS server estate (Win2008R2)
* Full responsibility for BitDefender AV solution included security platform for virtual estate – NSX
* Desktop IP & VOIP WLAN telephony support (Mitel)SKILLS REQUIRED:* Dell
* MS Exchange 2010 onwards
* MS Office full suite
* MS Server & Desktop – Specifically Server 2008R2, Win7 Win10
