Deskside Support Engineer / 2nd Line Infrastructure Support Analyst – Windows 10, TCP/IP, Active Directory (AD), O365, Infrastructure, Storage, Networking, TCP/IPOur Global client based in Leeds is seeking a dynamic, hands-on and technically astute Deskside Support Engineer / 2nd Line Infrastructure Support Analyst with a proven track record of diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving and supporting as many of the following Windows 10, Active Directory (AD), Networking, Storage, TCP/IP, Cloud, Office 365 and Mobile Computing (iPhone, iPad, Samsung etc).As Deskside Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Infrastructure Analyst, you will provide a front line technology relationship with staff on various technical issues and needs relating to hardware, software, peripherals and services.Duties and Responsibilities:First line of engagement with staff to understand and address their issues and needs as it pertains to desktop issues (Windows, Office365, Active Directory (AD), etc.) and infrastructure (compute, storage, network, cloud services, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, etc.)
Follow and abide by ITIL/Service Management policies and procedures for Change Mgmt.,
Problem solve to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations associated with hardware (PCs, MACs, mobile, etc.), software (IT and Technical), and services (video conferencing, remote access, etc.,) used by staff 
Technical skillsWindows 10 Troubleshooting
Understanding of TCP/IP Networking
Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft SCCM
Active Directory (AD) Administration
Supporting Infrastructure (compute, storage, network, cloud services, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, etc.)
Mobile Computing (iPhone, iPad, Samsung etc.) as outlined by office / regional policy.
Microsoft Windows Operating System, Macintosh OSx (limited).
Microsoft Office 365 and associated services (i.e. OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business, etc.).
Video Conferencing hardware / software based on global standards.
Office Printers / Copiers as outlined by office / regional policy.
