Logistics/Admin Coordinator

JOB TITLE: Procurement and Logistics Administrator
TYPE: 6 Month Contract (Renewable)
RATE: Competitive
START DATE: ASAPRullion are seeking a Procurement and Logistics Administrator/Coordinator to work on behalf of a leading chemical company in Hull, they have several major projects on the horizon and require support on the Procurement team.Further responsibilities will include:
- PA & general support to Site Manager & team
- Administration support
- Day to day SAP purchasing transactions
- Raising and checking requisitions, raising POs, resolving invoicing queries, checking delivery notes
- Negotiate “one off’s” and small works orders.
- All aspects of planning inc. shipping, tanker loading and stock control
- Customer support including support to resolve customer complaints
- Owner of site Transwide System
- Managing planning and logistics operations of the future drumming lineRequirements:
- Good general secondary education to Advanced level.
- Understanding of procurement/logisitcs principles
- Administration experience
- SAP Knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel & Word
