Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant- Maternity Cover-10 month ContractLocation: Central LondonSalary: £23-25kDuration: 10 month maternity cover contractCompany: Established nearly 15 years ago, our client is an independent provider of business technology including print and IT services. They develop bespoke solutions that add value and positive change for their clients’ businesses.Accounts Assistant responsibilities:Reporting to the Financial Controller and liaising with colleagues
Processing all invoice, expense forms and bank statements
Ability to set up contracts and keep on top of sending out relevant letters to customers
Use accounting software to process receipts and statementsAccounts Assistant requirements:Ability to take on a broad range of financial duties and prioritising key duties
Experience working in a busy environment
Computer literate in Sage, Excel and Word and quick to learn new account systems
Knowledge of bookkeeping and accountancy practices
