Knowledge / experience in the audit / consultancy sector or in retail is a plus.
Act as the link between the business and the ICT department.
Responsible for collating and understanding the wishes / needs of the business users, translating these to the technical IT colleagues who are building the solution.
Responsible for testing the solution/organize the test phase (Agree test scenarios and coordinate schedules to plan acceptance testing and manage feedback processes)
Jointly responsible for the implementation (operational & training support).
Where possible, you will also implement operational process optimizations in accordance with the strategy of the department / company.
Working in a team of 8 business analysts localized across the different countries, meaning teamwork and good communication skills are crucial. You will report to the team lead back end analysts who are located in Belgium.
You would work from the head office in Kemble, but you will travel to other companies on a regular basis (Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany). The frequency is dependent on the project.
