Mobile App Developer
Mobile App Developer - RemoteIdentify Solutions are working with an innovative company who are looking for experienced Mobile App Developers to work on an initial 3-month contract.
They are looking for someone to work as an effective member within their agile/scrum-based environment and whose responsibilities will include building a new application using a cross platform mobile development framework, and defining architecture and choosing tools with other team members for their solution, as well as the following:
* Integrating with the Back-End API running on Heroku and developed in Python/Django and PostgreSQL database
* Liaising with the Back End team to manage workflows and syncing up work during sprints
* Creating and enhancing the test infrastructure for our application
* Defining the new Front-End features alongside the product team
* Developing front end JavaScript and HTML code, specifically React and Redux
* Mentoring and coaching other developers on the team
* Help maintain code quality and structure
* Integrating with CI/CD tools such as Codeship, Github and others
* Integrating with third party analytics tools and other third party APIs
* Working with Back End and UX designers to develop and deliver new front end features
They are looking for someone with most, if not all of the following:
* Demonstrable experience developing mobile apps with cross platform mobile development frameworks.
* Submission of apps to Apple App Store and Google Store
* Testing of mobile apps
* JavaScript, React + Redux, Webpack, TypeScript
* Git, Github, Codeship
* Write readable and maintainable code
* Strong technical, communication and interpersonal skills
Any of the following is also beneficial:
* Experience in a range of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.
* Experience in video streaming
* Heroku and Heroku pipelines
* Python/Django
* AWS
* SQL (PostgreSQL)
