We are recruiting for support workers, learning mentors, youth workers, LSAs, TAs and behaviour support mentors to work through us here at Timeplan education. We have schools throughout Middlesex; Hillingdon, Harrow, Ealing and other parts of West London (Hounslow and Hammersmith & Fullham).

Aims / Responsibilities:

Assist with the development and implementation of individual education and behaviour plans, personal care and therapy care programmes for a designated group/ form.
Encourage students to interact with others and engage in activities led by teachers
Safeguard pupils
Set challenging and demanding expectations and promote self-esteem and independence
The help students develop resilience and independence, both learning in lessons and forming positive relationships with peers and staff
Support on a 1:1 and group basis
Track progress with class teacher/s
To provide support in delivery of specialist interventions taking a lead where appropriate
