Technology Project Manager - omnichannel contact Centre technology & AI solutions
Our client, a major player in the commercial hospitality & hotels space are looking for a seasoned contract Technology Project Manager to run a project to deliver a leading edge contact center technology solution to help support our client's ambitious growth plans over the next 3 years.
We are looking for a hands on IT PM with demonstrable project delivery experience on contact center tech projects where the solution delivered offers a seamless omnichannel experience for the customer, AI call screening, etc. as a modern fit for purpose solution. The role will support the business's plans to grow 7 fold over the next three years via the continued growth of it's accommodation portfolio, and will allow the contact center to support this scaling up with the right technology.
