Project Support Officer

Pertemps Managed Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a local authority who are looking to recruit a Project Support OfficerThe Role:To support Business Intelligence in the delivery and implementation of new IT software across all Housing and Regeneration ComplianceTo act as a point of contact to support business intelligence in collecting compliance data and information including policy documents, process mapping and information mapping.The Candidate:Essential• Ability to build strong working relationships and be confident in communicating across all levels of the business• Project Scoping experience• Ability to work as part of a team and independently and work to deadlines• Experience of collecting and verifying data based on interviewing service users and secondary data research• Using process and information mapping tools to represent service processes collected through service user interviews• Ability to produce clear, structured and well-argued scoping reports making appropriate use of text, diagrams and graphsFor more information please apply and a recruitment consultant will be in touch to answer any queries you may have
