Assembly Operative (x5)

The Role:* Looking for 5 Assemblers - long term contract - 7am to 3pm hours - £10.86 an hour - start end Feb or early March *Prepares work to be assembled by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.Performance of area housekeeping activities, including the prompt reporting of problems, shortages or equipment breakdowns.Maintain to the highest level, workmanship standards and product qualityMaintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.Check and complete all paperwork associated with the manufacturing data pack.Maintain safe working area and practices, ensuring health & safety of all workshop personnel.Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.Ensure that Flowline equipment are always within calibration and escalate to QA if out of specification for rework or replacement.The Company:The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide.
