12 Month ContractOut client based in Hilsea, is looking for a candidate with a confident personality excellent planning and organisation skills. The candidate must be able to work in a team and also take on specific tasks alone.A working knowledge of SAGE 50 accounts system and Microsoft packages is an advantage, knowledge of order processing and purchasing systems however is essential.This role is initially a 12 month contract but may well be opportunities for a permanent role in the future.Specific Tasks:Order Processing:- Order entry and coordination of orders with the engineering team.Purchasing:- Monitor Stock and services purchasing.
- Manage Utility services and contractsLogistics:- Manage shipments and transport providers
- Organise necessary export paperwork
- Manage Key supplier deliveriesAccounts Support:- Invoice matching and debtor tracking.Sales and Service Support:- Coordinate with sales and service team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Equipment calibration and returns.Quality Systems Support:- Follow ISO System processes and respond/coordinate accordingly to audit feedback.Stock Planning:- Use sage stock system to manage and plan stock purchasing activities
