Interim - Procurement Officer/ Manager

Oxfordshire

6 Month initial term

£350-£450 per day + Flexible Working Pattern

Role Profile

Opportunity to support the Head of Procurement in delivering new strategy across multiple categories for this expanding and exciting operation.

Main Accountabilities:

Knowledge and strong experience of public procurement process is a must, such as Public sector contract regulations and the OJEU procurement framework.
Public sector contract regulations and process experience essential with demonstrable project-management skills.
Broad buying experience with a strong background in commercial, procurement-based roles.
Experience of working within technology or technical orientated organisations.
Experienced in drafting tender specifications and evaluation criteria and knowledge of contract clauses, and terms and conditions.
Experience of providing support to the contract management lifecycle, during the procurement phase, the contract drafting, contract mobilisation and supplier - Budget holder /contract 'owner' contract reviews, as required.
Remuneration

£350-£450 per day (dependant on experience) + Flexible Working Pattern
