Your New Job Title: Production Scheduling Delivery Manager (SAP MM/PP)Your new daily rate: up to £571 PAYE or £ 744 LTD co (equivalent to £148k annum)Status: Long term temporary assignment until December 2018Location: West London with TravelJob reference number: 72085    Who you'll be working for:Our Client is a global FMCG who is looking for a Delivery Manager to support the Inbound Parameter Optimisation Programme at selected sites to deliver optimum system settings for the selected suppliers. The role will deliver bottom line savings to the company and education enabling sustainable process for the onsite scheduling community to carry out ongoing reviewWhat you'll be doing each day:·Stakeholder management of both on site and above site leadership and teams will be essential to the success of this programme.
·Responsible for ensuring that all the necessary change management and embedding activities are carried out during the delivery to ensure change is sustained.
·Need to have an E2E supply chain perspective and be able to deploy the delivery mechanism in a manner to engage and inspire the site material scheduling community.
·Be accountable for the Site delivery, programme communications and report risk and impact to delivery via the governance process
·Contribute to the ongoing development of the Inbound Parameter Optimisation Programme content and approachThe skills you need to succeed:
·Experience of SAP within the MM/PP space
·End to End Supply Chain experience
·Operational experience of materials/production scheduling and production planning
·Strong leadership capability, with clear credibility as a Subject Matter Expert in scheduling (and planning)
·Ability to make an impact quickly - the programme will operate in 6 to 8 week executions
·Demonstrable change management skills – particularly focused on people
·Project managements skills – structure a project plan, meet weekly and monthly targets
