My client is looking for an experienced and ongoing Project Administrator to join their Implementation Project Office team on a contract basis that will be reviewed every 6 months. As well as the duties and responsibilities outlined below, you will need to be able to clearly demonstrate proven advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ability to perform accurate data entry
The role itself:
1. CHANGE MANAGEMENT: New Stores
Raise change requests for new stores on the companies inhouse Remedy On Demand system in accordance with their policy. Provide analysis and maintain the Change Model template for new stores in line with the development of IT technology and new initiatives. Continually review the New Store Model and reduce the number of Work Packages under RIT control.
1. CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Existing Solutions
Raise Project changes on the inhouse Remedy On Demand system in accordance with their policy. This may require representing the Retail Implementation Team at Senior CAB to support new technical initiatives and articulate the associated risks and their planned mitigations.
Change models to be developed as required by the customer. The Business justification for each needs to be understood in order to be able to support an initiative through the Change Management governance.
The liaison with the Change Managers in instances where the customer requires the raising of an Emergency change.
Provide analysis of change data and potential costs when exceptional circumstances cause IT activity to be impacted.
Scrutiny of Project documents and appropriate challenges with the PMs to ensure consistency and accuracy. Collate data and update the Retail Implementation Team Report: weekly activity submitted to the business Head Of Business Solutions.
Plans for New stores is to be maintained with activities tracked for stores under control. Accurate data presented at review meetings and for reporting.
New Store Process is to be maintained in line with transfer of new initiatives into New Store BAU processes.
Deployment plans to be developed in accordance with customer requirement.
Clash and opportunity plans to be delivered weekly.
Adequate controls to be established to monitor Service Delivery Group activity during new store delivery.
RISKS AND ISSUES
Maintenance of the Risk and Issues registers for projects under control.
