Purchase Administrator Assistant

Job Title: Purchase Administrator AssistantLocation: WednesburySalary: £8.50 -9.00 PH Dependant on ExperienceHours: 9am to 5pm Monday to FridayMy client is looking for an experienced Purchase Administration Assistant to ensure accuracy of the Sales Order, as well as other financial administration duties.Responsibilities:* Inputting of Purchase Orders onto the in house ERP System
* Updating in house ERP system* Updating Excel Spreadsheets* Answering both internal and external telephones* Ad hoc administration tasks* General Support to the Purchasing teamEssential Skills:* Be Numerate
* Must have the ability to learn quickly to pick up the inhouse system
* Accurate
* Ability to question if unsure, to ensure that correct information is being processedSkills/Experience Required:* Excellent organisational skills
* Methodical
* Be competent with Excel and spreadsheets
* Be able to work to strict deadlines
