Marketing Assistant (12 month contract)

Berry Recruitment has registered an exceptional opportunity that has just arisen to join our client based in Reading as a Marketing Assistant on a 12 month contract basis.Role: Marketing Assistant (12 month contract)
Location: Reading
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £14.00-£16.00 per hourThe Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing events and programs driving pipeline for the Communications Global Business Unit Sales teams.Key Responsibilities:
• Support all marketing activities including both demand generation and events planning within the context of the overall regional marketing plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control.
• Support logistics for events when requested
• Manage attendees list and meeting schedule related to events
• Produce all necessary documents and marketing materials for events including invitations, registration pages, badges by using our e marketing systems
• Manage and prepare reporting/metrics as assigned on marketing events and activities
• Other supporting duties as assignedCandidate Specification:
• 2-5 years marketing experience
• Academic credentials or/and experience in marketing
• Bilingual English professional business level
• Other European languages are an advantage
• Ability to work well with virtual teams (manager based in France and other team members rarely working from the office)
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and motivation, to be driven and self-motivation
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment under tight deadlines.
