£20000 - £30000/annum OTE


Our client requires a Property Manager/Inventory Clerk for an immediate start position.Duties will include but not limited to:- Ensuring that the property and grounds are in good order and reporting any works required including booking and undertaking.- General repairs (Arranging and Monitoring)- Liaising with Directors, Contractors and Landlords to report findings- Attending meetings- Provide excellent Customer Service to all- Chase debtors using phone calls, letters, visits and Sections 8 & 21- Dealing with existing and new tenant enquiries- Carrying out check out procedures, in and out- Registering and returning of deposits- Handling disputes- Dealing with MyDeposits arbitration- Preparing detailed inventories- Administrative duties- Answering telephone enquiries from applicants- Processing and recording notices- Attending Viewings when required- Represent the client at all times- Maintaining Gas checks are in date- HMO’s- Out of hours phone- Maintaining electrical checks are in date- Cover other members of staff when required- Checking communal areas in blocks- Cash handling- Providing support to whole team- EPC’s- Keeping abreast of current legislation- Assisting with KPI’s- Any other requests from the Branch Manager or Directors when requiredTo apply for this excellent opportunity, please contact Ryan Locke @ SRS
