BenefitsAre client are paying a salary up to £26k• This is a 6 month contract (Some benefits will be pro-rota)• Free parking• Subsidised Restaurant• Health Insurance, Pension - 16% non-contributory• 24 Days Holiday• Monday - Thursday 8.00 a.m - 4.15pm / 8.15 a.m. 2.00pm finish onFridays• Appointment for Doctors, Sports and Social Club• Shuttle bus service to and from Weybridge Station, free parkingJob SummaryOur client based in Weybridge, Surrey are an award winning Global organisation and are seeking an HR Administrator with Payroll experience to join their HRSC team on a six month fixed term contract.Job DescriptionThe successful applicant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration service to the HR function and wider UK business.This will include HR support to Talent Management, Environmental Health & Safety and Compensation & Benefits by administering the full employee life cycle e.g. new starter, leaver and contractual changes plus maintaining accurate records, reporting, arranging activities, training and events etc. To update HR and payroll systems/databases to ensure timely and accurate payments are made to UK employees, international assignees and pensioners in accordance with statutory requirements and Company Policy.Required Skills* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an administrative role* Proven HR/Payroll administration experience* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. SAP, Cognos & Resource Link would also be beneficial* Good level of numeracy* Well-developed range of interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Proactive and able to demonstrate initiative
