Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative Location: Caerphilly and surrounding area, CF83 3SX Competitive rate of pay and excellent package of benefits Seasonal Contract Until October 2021 UK Landscapes is a leading UK provider of highly professional services for the commercial retail and utilities sectors extending to grounds maintenance, winter services, landscaping and arboricultural works. Due to ongoing growth with our existing client base and new work coming on line we are now looking to recruit an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to cover sites around the Caerphilly Area. The role is offered initially on a seasonal basis until October 2021, working from home location and local depots.Duties will include working as part a 2/3 person team to deliver services to large nationally known clients including grass mowing, strimming, litter collection, leaf clearance, hedge and shrub pruning to an agreed customer specification. The role also includes requirement to log in and out of customer and head office systems using tablets – past experience of using iPads to do this is preferred. Senior Structures Engineer   Caerphilly   £35- £40p/hour   Are you a Structures Engineer with Culvert experience? Based in South Wales, this Design Manager role is an initial 6 month contract, for a major rail contractor. You will be responsible for design assurance, liaising between design team and project team, flag any issues where required and be the point of escalation for design related issues. Successful candidate will have degree or equivalent in civil engineering or related subject, plus proven experience in design assurance on civil engineering designs on rail projects.
