The Nurture Group Teacher will be required to have strong behaviour management to work with learners as they have experienced difficulties with their learning and behaviour in mainstream school. The Nurture Group Teacher must have previous experience supporting learners with SEMH, EBD or extremely challenging behaviour within mainstream, SEN or alternative provision settings. The Nurture Group Teacher must have a teaching qualification, QTS and a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in the UK. The School - Alternative Provision, North London The Alternative Provision (AP) is part of a multi academy trust catering to pupils who are not managing mainstream education or have been permanently excluded. Situated in North London, the setting supports up to 58 learners aged 5 - 16. Pupils in KS4 are introduced to a variety of vocational courses which include Sports Leadership, Food technology and the Arts Award. Responsibilities: You will predominantly work with teams focussed on our clients online, customer-facing applications - this includes their transactional and loyalty websites & apps. Embedded within product teams, you'll play a key role in enabling the teams to thrive: maintaining the health of the operation, leading planning activities and continually driving positive change. You'll do this by applying agile principles and an experimental mindset, with as much focus on people as you'll have on process. Monitor and report on metrics that reflect the teams' operational health. Lead an outcome-focussed change programme - use empirical data to identify trends, expose issues and land initiatives that drive efficiency, impact and workforce sustainability.
