Verify Europe are currently looking for a Quality Inspector based in Craigavon for 3 months. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspection and conformance to design of production and maintenance activities. Key Tasks: * Inspects parts, assemblies and finished products to drawings and specifications. * Follows general inspection guidelines to conduct critical non-routine visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical test and functional inspections on a wide variety of components, assemblies, equipment, systems, supplies and materials. * Inspect and check aircraft components for airworthiness and proper installation. * Inspect purchased parts and materials for conformity to standards, specifications, and processing requirements. * Conduct first article inspection of parts, assemblies, equipment and tooling. * Maintain necessary inspection logs and write inspection reports. * Submit recommendations to resolve recurring deficiencies found during inspections. * Interpret inspection findings and determine adequacy of corrective actions. * Provide training as required to address deficiencies identified during audits/inspections. * Perform any other related duties as deemed necessary by the Company. * Identify Continuous improvement opportunities Required Skills: * The applicant must have good communication skills, both oral and written. * Possess strong computer skills to include developing documents in Microsoft Word and Excel * Have experience using calibrated inspection measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc. * Must be proficient in the understanding of torque and assembly methods/processes. * Must be capable of communicating quality and engineering criteria/issues to all levels of factory employees. * Must be able to read and perform inspections using the assembly instructions and engineering drawings. This will require a basic understanding of reading and interpreting engineering drawings. * Have awareness in how to conduct First Article Inspections * Experience of dealing with customers - FAI and Source inspection * Able to read and interpret drawings, and service bulletins * Ability to set work independently, or as part of a team, with little or no supervision Other Requirements: * Willing to work long hours as necessary, while adhering to strict regulatory specifications and guidance

Verify Europe are looking for a full time Quality Engineer for a 3 month contrac tbased in Craigavon, Ireland. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer will be responsible for supporting customer and production requirements and improvements Key Tasks: * Assisting with preparation and support for FAI and source inspections * Analysing related customer and OEM data and identifying improvements Production build support - investigations and queries * Developing inspection criteria development * Developing quality metrics by value stream * Oversee and train inspection teams * Related customer complaint investigations by value stream * MRB disposition and investigations * Supplier corrective action tracking and analysis * Assisting with ensuring all requirements are understood and embedded in processes * Follow up on pick-ups and improvements by value stream * Assisting with training and awareness including quality alerts * Develop quality plans by value stream and new product Required skills: * Preferably a third level qualification in a related engineering discipline * Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality engineering position within manufacturing * Experience in aircraft interiors in a quality role * Excellent problem solving and decision making * Proficient in the use of quality tools and techniques * The ability to interpret technical drawings * Ability to be proactive and act in a professional manner to influence all key stakeholders * The ability to communicate with customers, authorities and all levels within the company * Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently, and earn the trust of stakeholders * Excellent analysis of data and reporting * Possess strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Willing to work additional hours as necessary, including international travel Desirable skills: * Six sigma green belt certification * Working knowledge of EASA P21G regulatory requirements * Working knowledge of AS9100 rev C standard
