Our client is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative on an interim rolling basis. With in this role you will be responsible for assisting with the building and assembling of IT hardware as well as completing general warehouse duties including; supporting engineers, carrying loads, dealing with a range of parts/stock and working with a range of machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong; warehouse based experience, ability when it comes to pick new things up quickly, versatile with completing general warehouse duties as well as having excellent attention to detail in order to follow build scripts. Location: Derby Contract Length: On going Rate: £280 per day - £300 per day Our client is looking to strengthen their Construction Team with a Working Foreman within the Severn Trent Water framework based near Derby. As a Working Foreman you will be expected to administrate and control all site resources required, to complete the construction in the most efficient manner, to the specification and within the contract time and cost allowances, without risk to the health and safety of all concerned and providing a quality end product, ensuring good customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Site Manager and duties/responsibilities of the role will include: • They implement the Quality, Safety and Environmental Policies and Targets. • Comply as appropriate, with the processes and procedures contained within our clients Intranet system. • Suggests improvements to the systems when they become apparent. • Is aware of the need to satisfy customer requirements with the aim of enhancing the customers’ perception and satisfaction. • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with C.D.M. Regulations and compliance with the Company safe working practices. • Assist in the preparation of construction programmes, preparation of Method Statements, Action Plans and Risk Assessments. • Implement the latest H & S regulations and legislation. • Ensure all labour, plant and materials are procured in a timely manner to ensure delivery of the contract programme. • Keep abreast of Employment Law and Regulations. • Produce data as required to facilitate accurate reporting for inclusion in Management Reports as requested by the site/project manager. This includes (but is not limited to) monthly SMQSE reports, Improve It reports, NCR reports, accident reports and waste returns. Qualifications: • Preferable Civils background but would look @ M&E • Water/Waste Water experience • SMSTS First Aid
