Client are seeking an experienced writer to work with our UX team. We believe that text is interface too, so we're seeking a content professional to improve the content in the user interface, making sure the microcopy is effective, writing and maintaining onboarding guides and help articles, and updating these based on user feedback and traffic data.

You will work closely with the researchers, designers and engineers delivering our products and with our localisation team. You will develop standards, style guides and processes that will form part of our Design System documentation.

The Infrastructure Architect is responsible for the design of Infrastructure environments. The role covers the end to end spectrum, covering End User Computing, Voice and Networking, and Data centres solutions. The role reports to the Technical Design Authority.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing new infrastructure solutions in line with the requirements of the business and the IT Strategy.
  • Create statements of work and high-level architecture using standardised services where possible
  • Lead the technical engagement with our vendors and internal teams to ensure design of technical solutions
  • Support and guide the implementation of projects into the vendors cloud and offices
  • Development of strategic infrastructure roadmaps.

Looking for experienced Call Centre/Service Desk Analysts to work in a busy inbound IT contact centre in Hampton, Peterborough. You must hold live SC level clearance for this role.

You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years experience working on a ticketed IT service desk in a level 1 role.

Shifts - 10.5 paid hrs 20:00 to 08:00. 4 nights on and 4 nights off.

Answering incoming contacts from customers and to accurately log incidents ensuring all relevant data is captured whilst logging the incident. To provide a single point of contact to our customers and to ensure that incidents are fully managed through to resolution.

This role works as part of the Solution Architecture team as a senior Solutions Architect on infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for providing architectural direction to Infrastructure projects, and application projects delivering Infrastructure, ensuring all appropriate internal standards are applied.

This role is challenging, varied and well suited to someone with broad experience who would like to bring that to bear while developing further in the Infrastructure architecture discipline

This is role is based in our Dublin office.

Keen to have this role commence in early January.

6-month contract at a minimum.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of an assigned project team to architect infrastructure solutions.
  • These may vary in scope and size across multiple disciplines including AD, Aix, Server, Network, Telco, Middleware, Storage, and Security, covering PROD, DR and Test.
  • Ensure best practice and compliance consistent with a financial organisation.
  • Provide solutions for ongoing improvement and compliance in the environment as well as business specific projects.
  • Work with the architecture team to assist with the annual health assessment reviews.
