This key individual would Manage aseptic quality projects related to a new facility set up to successful completion through best practices and stakeholder management. The role Indirectly manages resources and may directly manage resources within scope of role and reports directly into the Head of Quality. The Role: * Provides clear direction on processes and requirements to meet expectations of internal and external stakeholders. * Leads cross functional teams in defining project strategies, developing goals, assigning project tasks and ensures the team meets all goals. * Provides project updates and conducts reviews with all levels of management. * Using project management tools, develops mechanisms for monitoring quality project progress and for intervention and problem solving with line managers and other manufacturing leaders. * Sets the project strategy, schedules, resource alignment and financial analysis. * Approves team deliverables for project completion * Anticipates and resolves conflict situations in a win-win outcome. * Escalates issues to stakeholders / senior leadership as appropriate for resolution. * May interview, hire, coach, motivate, develop, recognize and manage performance of team members.   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written, numerical and verbal skills.

Desirable experience:

  • Previous experience working in a research academic environment.
  • Experience using the CoreHR database.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience with: carrying out validation (IQ OQ PQ) of bottle and tablet packaging equipment, closing out gaps, writing and executing protocols.
